【摘 要】近年来,受《地平线报告》的影响,以“注重批判理解、强调信息整合、促进知识建构、着意迁移应用、面向问题解决”为标志的深度学习引起我国学习科学领域研究者的广泛关注。为了更好地透视我国深度学习研究现状与进展,借助CiteSpace知识图谱分析法和内容分析法,从发展脉络、研究进展与未来走向三个方面对我国近二十年深度学习相关文献进行深入分析。研究发现:①我国深度学习研究的发展可以概括为三个阶段,即早期萌芽阶段、中期发展阶段和近期爆发阶段。每个阶段兴起与交替,勾勒出我国深度学习研究发展的脉络。②我国深度学习研究依旧以理论研究和实践应用为主,并且通过二者的相互影响,共同促进深度学习的发展。③多样化应用范围,满足不同层次策略需求;智能化环境设计,促进深度学习发生;立体化评价体系以及最大化技术优势,是未来我国深度学习研究需要重点关注的方向。

Twenty Years Perspective of Deep Learning Research in China

Abstract: Under the influence of the “Horizon Report”, deep learning marked by “focusing on critical understanding, emphasizing information integration, promoting knowledge construction, focusing on application transfer, and problem-oriented learning” has caused widespread research in the field of educational science in China. In order to better understand the current status and progress of deep learning research in China, this study uses CiteSpace knowledge graph analysis method and content analysis method to conduct in-depth analysis of China’s deep learning related literature over the past two decades. The study emphasizes three aspects, namely: development context, research progress, and future trends. The findings are: ①The development of deep learning research in China can be summarized into three stages; the early budding stage, the mid-term development stage and the recent outbreak stage. The rise and alternation of each stage outlines the development of deep learning research in China. ②Deep learning research in China is still mainly based on theoretical research and practical application, and through the mutual influence of the two, the development of deep learning is jointly promoted. ③Application scope is diversified to meet the needs of different levels of strategy; intelligent environment is designed to promote the occurrence of deep learning; a multi-dimensional evaluation system and a maximization of technical advantages are the directions that China’s deep learning research needs to focus on in the future.
