国内外教师数字胜任力研究的热点与启示

【摘 要】随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革兴起,以数据资源为重要生产要素、以全要素数字化转型为重要推动力的数字经济蓬勃发展,加速了对复合型、创新型、数字化人才的需求,教师作为人才培养的关键,其数字胜任力的提升显得尤为重要。持续深入地探索国内外教师数字胜任力的研究,对于我国教师数字能力升级与未来数字时代人才培养具有重要意义。以CNKI数据库和Web of Science核心合集数据库从2006年至2022年所刊载的“教师数字胜任力”相关领域的研究论文/报告为数据源,借助统计分析工具对国内外教师数字胜任力研究进行分析,发现该领域的研究多集中于本体探索、模型与要素分析、模型应用等方面。通过分析国外教师数字胜任力的研究经验与发展脉络,力图为我国相关研究提供启示。

Teachers’ Digital Competence Research: Hotspot Issues and Enlightenment

Abstract: With the emergence of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform, digital economy booms with data resources as an important production factor and digital transformation factors as important driving forces, and demands for compound, innovative and digital talents accelerate. Teachers’ digital competence, a key element to talent training, is particularly important. Continuous and in-depth exploration of teachers’ digital competence is of great significance for teachers’ competence upgrading and talents training in future digital era. By analyzing research papers/reports on teachers’ digital competence published in CNKI database and Web of Science core collection database from 2006 to 2022, ontology exploration, models and elements analysis and model applications are found to be hotspot issues. Research experience on teachers’ digital competence abroad are expected to provide enlightenment for relevant research in China.
