“互联网+”教师培训与专业发展:深度质量评价的视角

【摘要】“互联网+”时代,我国一系列教师教育、教育信息化行动计划的出台,都对教师提出了新的要求,这也对教师职后培训与专业发展的模式提出了新的要求。本文从深度质量评价的角度入手探讨了“互联网+”背景下的教师培训与专业发展。研究内容包括:①提炼了“互联网+”教师培训的核心要素与关键特征;②梳理已有教师培训和专业发展的评价模式;③从教师培训项目产出的视角,归纳出促进教师专业发展的关键要素;④探讨了如何利用“互联网+”的模式与特征为教师专业成长的关键要素提供支持。期望能为“互联网+”背景下教师培训与专业发展项目的设计与实施提供抓手。

Teacher’s Training and Professional Development in the Era of “Internet +”: A Perspective of

Deep Quality Evaluation

Abstract: China has published a series of teacher continuing education and Educational Informationization action plans, raising new requirements for teachers in the era of “Internet +”.It also puts forward new requirements for teachers’ in-service training models. From the perspective of deep quality evaluation, this paper discusses teacher’s continuing education and professional development under the background of “Internet +”. The research contents include four aspects: 1. Refining the core elements and key features of “Internet +” teacher’s continuing education; 2. Carding the evaluation models of teacher’s training and professional development; 3. The key elements to promote teacher’s professional development are summarized from the perspective of training projects’ output; 4. Finally, how the models and characteristics of “Internet +” support key elements of teacher’s professional development are discussed. It is hoped that this paper will benefit the design and implementation of teacher’s training and professional development projects in the context of “Internet +”.
