【摘 要】2020年突发的新冠疫情对于教师研修既是一场严峻考验,也是一次寻求验证自身价值、寻求迭代更新的难得机遇。笔者借助多年研究与实践,探索以成人学习理念与方法拓展教师研修的理念与方法。教师研修回应成人学习基本特点及其规律,充分尊重教师既有实践经验与专业知识所具有的资源价值,拓展专家讲授和名师示范的单一性“教授—接受”范式,践行在教师群体互动学习过程中创设以问题探究、资源分享、共识建构与实践改进等为任务驱动的团队学习,以达到促进对象群体能力发展的目的。本文以案例方式客观记述了笔者与众多合作者在疫情期间开展的一系列教师、校长特色研修实践。在此基础上,尝试针对教师研修设计、实施的理念与方法进行修订和重构。

Re-defining Teachers’ Intertactive Learning in the Context of COVID-19

Abstract:This article starts with a review of the author’s persistent endeavours over the last three decades in applying andragogic approaches/ principles and strategies for effective interactive team learning and capacity building in the context of China. The main part consists of a series of field interventions the author personally conducted in collaboration with his partners among teachers and school leaders during the pandemic crisis. This was then followed by lessons drawn from these cases, therefore to redefine the author’s theoretical assumptions and implications for future practice.
