【摘 要】群体情感感知对于成功的协作反思至关重要，群体情感感知工具有助于反思参与者及时了解、跟踪和评估整个协作反思过程中的群体情感。但已有的群体情感感知工具多聚焦于在线协作学习情境，对日渐普及的在线协作反思情境关注不多。文章针对如何设计在线协作反思情境中的群体情感感知工具展开研究，在分析在线协作反思特征与已有群体情感感知工具不足的基础上，从“群体情感感知工具的感知对象是群体”的视角，分析了在线协作反思情境中群体情感感知的三个要素，即协作主题的热度、群体凝聚力和群体情感倾向，并分别探讨了三个感知要素的度量方法和表征思路，最后从设计原则、功能模块、工具架构三方面阐述已开发完成的教师在线协作反思GEAT的设计思路。

On Designing a Group Emotional Awareness Tool in Teachers’ Online Collaborative Reflection

Abstract：Group emotional awareness is crucial to successful collaborative reflection, and group emotional awareness tools can help participants to timely understand, track and evaluate group emotion in the whole collaborative reflection process. However, existing group emotional awareness tools mostly focus on the online collaborative learning context instead of the increasingly popular online collaborative reflection context. This article focuses on group emotional awareness tools’ design in the context of online collaborative reflection. After analyzing the characteristics of online collaborative reflection and deficiencies of existing group emotional awareness tools, bearing the understanding that “the perceived object of group emotional awareness tools is the group”, this article investigates three elements of group emotional awareness, namely collaboration theme heat, group cohesion and group emotion tendency. Measurement methods and thought of representation of the three perceptive elements are then discussed respectively. Finally, from the aspects of design principles, functional modules, and tool architecture, design ideas of a completed teachers’ online collaboration reflection GEAT are elaborated.
