混合式学习生态下的教师学习重塑与促进机制研究

【摘 要】信息技术的发展与应用为教师构建起混合式学习生态,新生态下教师的学习也面临新的挑战:信息过载、信息噪声及信息茧房带来教师注意力缺失、专注力下降、审辨力不强。相关研究也佐证了教师学习能力减弱的现状与特点。本文以脑科学、心理学、教育学的相关研究为基础,综合分析混合式学习生态下教师学习的典型特征,并从生态学视角建构教师学习促进机制,即从人的角度,教师素养需要再塑;从信息的角度,高品质信息及传播网络需要再塑;从环境的角度,教师混合式学习的政策、理论与实践环境需要再塑。在此基础上构建开放、绿色、高品质的教师混合式学习生态,为教师高质量学习奠定基础。

Research on the Reconstruction and Promoting Mechanism for Teacher Learning in Blended Learning Ecosystem

Abstract:Development and application of information technology promotes teachers’blended learning ecosystem, while teachers are facing new challenges caused by information overloading, information noise and information cocoons: losing attention, decreased concentration and weak critical thinking. Recent studies also indicate characteristics of teacher’s weakening learning ability. Based on relevant researches in brain science, psychology and pedagogy filed, this article analyzes typical characteristics of teachers’learning in blended learning ecosystem, and constructs promoting mechanism for teacher learning from ecosystem perspective. In building an open, green and high-quality blended learning ecosystem and inn promoting teacher’s high-quality learning, teacher’s information literacy needs to be reshaped from the perspective of human; high-quality information and communication network needs to be reshaped from the perspective of information; policy, theory and practice of blended environment for teacher learning need to be reshaped from the perspective of environment.
