【摘 要】本研究的目的在于明确课堂对话中“设 定人物的剧本型指南”对于培养促进相互理解的倾听者的有用性。该“剧本型指南”不仅为倾听者呈现对话模型,还在出场人物中包含了所需的“角色(信息处理)”。在研究方法上,本研究开展了实证课堂,并对谈话记录和调查问卷进行了分析。结果显示,“设定人物的剧本型指南”在促进相互理解的倾听者掌握所需的方法(信息处理),以及培养“倾听和相互理解”的价值意识这两方面显示了有用性。

A Study of Training Listeners to Facilitate Mutual Understanding in Class Discussion :The Benefi ts of Using a “Scenario Guide with Setting Character”

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to clarify the Benefi ts of the “ Scenario Guide with Setting Character ” in Class Discussion for the cultivation of listeners who promote mutual understanding. This “ Scenario Guide ” not only presents a dialogue model for listeners, but also shows the characters in the audience that contains the required “roles” (information processing). In terms of research methods, this study conducted an empirical classroom, and analyzed the conversation records and questionnaires. The results show that the “ Scenario Guide with Setting Character ” is useful in promoting listeners to understand each other to master the necessary methods (information processing) and cultivating the value consciousness of “listening and mutual understanding”.
