【摘 要】在“互联网+”时代,学习者不仅可以从网络上便捷地获取信息和资源,也能够跨越时空与他人交流互动,从而组织起许多网络学习社群。在网络学习社群中,学习者亦能分享经验、答疑解惑等。这些发生在网络学习社群中的学习表现值得关注。区别于以往由教育者独自制定评价标准,本研究首先通过已有的在线学习相关文献,分析总结网络学习社群中存在的学习表现形成评价标准,随后应用层次分析法,邀请相关领域专家确认评价指标权重系数。实证研究证明该评价标准能够客观评价网络学习社群中学习者的学习表现。本研究所得结果能够帮助提高学习者综合评价的计算精度和客观性,并对网络学习社群发展具有一定参考价值。

Research on Evaluation Standards of Online Community Learning Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract: In the era of “Internet Plus”, learners can not only conveniently acquire information and resources from the Internet, but also engage in interactions by breaking through the limits of time and space. Therefore, many online learning communities have emerged, which enable the users to share experience, to ask and answer questions etc. This phenomena calls attention to the researchers. Different from the previous evaluation criteria developed by educators independently, this paper firstly reviews and summarizes the evaluation criteria of learning performance through the existing research literature regarding to online learning community. Afterwards, the AHP is applied to invite experts from relevant fields to confirm the weight coefficients of evaluation indicators. The empirical evidence has shown that the evaluation criterion can objectively access the learning performance of learners in the online learning community. This paper contributes to improving the accuracy and objectivity of learners’ comprehensive evaluation, as well as providing certain reference value and practical basis for maintaining the healthy development of online learning community, by which the learning efficiency can be improved to a large extent.
