【摘 要】以慕课为代表的大规模开放在线课程在世界范围内兴起,在线同伴互评作为一种学生协作的评价方式,受到了研究者的关注。与此同时,如何保证在线同伴互评的质量、提高互评效果成为亟需解决的问题。本研究将量规引入在线同伴互评,结合H大学“信息素养”通识课的任务特点和评价需要,设计了互评作业和对应的量规,总结出量规设计的方法和步骤。从前期分析、量规设计、互评设计与互评实施设计四个方面,构建了基于量规的在线同伴互评设计框架。设计并实施了两轮基于量规的在线同伴互评。研究发现:①基于量规的在线同伴互评应用于在线课程是可行的;②量规在一定程度上提高了同伴互评的有效性;③基于量规的在线同伴互评是一种有效的评价方式,可以促进学习者学习,提高学习者的学习参与度;④基于量规的在线同伴互评提高了学习者的能力,包括分析评价能力、学习能力和自我反思能力。

Design and Application of Rubric-Based Online Peer Assessment

Abstract:With massive open online courses represented by MOOC emerged worldwide, online peer assessment, as a method of student collaboration assessment, has become a research focus. At the same time, how to ensure the quality of online peer assessment and how to improve its effect have become urgent issues. This article introduced rubric into online peer assessment, combined with the task characteristics and evaluation needs of “Information Literacy”, a general course in H University. Assignments and rubrics were designed, and design methods and steps of the rubric were summarized. A design framework of online peer assessment based on rubric was constructed from four aspects, namely pre-analysis, rubric design, peer assessment design and peer assessment implementation design. Then, two rounds of online peer assessment based on rubric were designed and implemented to explore its feasibility and effectiveness. After sorting out and analyzing two rounds of research data, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) It is feasible to apply online peer assessment based on rubric to online courses. (2) The rubric has improved the effectiveness of peer review to a certain extent. (3) Online peer assessment based on rubric is effective in promoting learners’ learning and improving their learning participation. (4) Online peer assessment based on rubric improves learners’ ability to analyze, to evaluate, to learn and to self-reflect.
