包容性发展视角下老年友好大学的国际经验与启示

【摘  要】随着老龄化社会的加速到来,人口结构的不断变化对高等教育提出了新诉求。建设老年友好大学是国外 高校在应对老龄化人口利益和需求方面做出的积极探索,也是高校社会服务职能的有力拓展。国外高校从为老年人提供 学习经费支持和交通便利,提供学历、非学历教育并辅以线上线下相结合的教学手段,开发项目、活动或建设课程、专 业,深入开展老龄化问题研究,提供职业培训和奖学金,加强与社区及老年教育机构的合作六个方面来展开老年友好大 学的建设,凸显了国外高校多元化和包容性的特点,与“包容性发展”理念在教育领域中的应用相一致。文章结合国内 高校开展老年教育的现状,在分析和梳理国外老年友好大学建设经验的基础上,对我国高校建设老年友好大学提出本土 化建议:加大年龄包容,保障老年人享受教育机会的公平;增加内容包容,满足老年人多元化的学习需求;促进环境包 容,营造健康平等的代际校园环境。

International Age-Friendly Universities’ Experience and Inspiration: From the Perspective of Inclusive Development

Abstract: Acceleration of the aging society and constantly changing demographic structure reshape the society and put forward new demands for higher education. Universities abroad take active actions in exploring and establishing of Age-friendly University to meet interests and demands of the aged, as well as powerfully expand their social service functions. Colleges and universities abroad aim at these goals by providing financial support and transportation for the aged learners; supplying academic and non-academic education with a combination of online and offline teaching methods; developing projects/activities or innovate courses/majors; carrying out in-depth academic research; providing vocational training and scholarship; strengthening cooperation with communities and educational institutions for the aged. All the above highlight the characteristics of diversity and inclusiveness of universities abroad and their consistency in “inclusive development” value. After analyzing and combing the experience of universities abroad, this article puts forward several suggestions to universities in China: expanding the age tolerance and ensuring education equity for the aged; increasing content inclusion to meet diversified needs for the aged; promoting environmental tolerance by creating a healthy and equal intergenerational learning environment.
