自我决定理论视角下老年群体数字素养研究

【摘 要】提升老年群体的数字素养是促进人的现代化的重要方面,也是实现中国式现代化的重要支撑。目前的研究侧重于老年群体作为被动接受者如何提升数字素养的问题,而忽略了老年群体的主观能动性。为此,本研究运用自我决定理论将老年群体的自我需要、能力需要和归属需要外化为数字生活、数字学习和数字安全三个维度,以此构建我国老年群体数字素养的基本评价标准,并结合中国综合社会调查数据分析老年群体数字素养的整体水平。研究发现,老年群体数字素养存在数字生活融入不充分、数字学习能力不均衡、数字安全意识不够高等问题,原因在于主客观文化认知、学习路径依赖、信息技术教育等方面的差异。为此,从社会需求导向、协同导向和包容导向构建了数字时代老年群体数字素养的培训、支撑和保障体系。

A Study on Digital Literacy of the Elderly Population under the Perspective of Self-Determination Theory

Abstract: Enhancing the digital literacy of the elderly population is an inevitable requirement in achieving human development and a necessary support in achieving modernization of society. Current research has largely focused on the elderly population as passive recipients to enhance digital literacy, ignoring the subjective initiative of the elderly population. Therefore. this article uses self-determination theory to externalize the self needs, ability needs and belonging needs of the elderly population into digital life, digital learning and digital safety, thus constructs a basic evaluation standard of digital literacy of the elderly population in China, and analyzes the overall level of digital literacy of the elderly population in combination with the data of the Chinese General Social Survey. It is found that the digital literacy of the elderly population has the problems of insufficient integration of digital life, uneven digital learning ability, and insufficient awareness of digital security, which are due to the differences in subjective and objective cultural cognition, in dependence on learning paths, and in information technology education. Accordingly, it is suggested that a training, support, and guarantee system for digital literacyof the elderly population in the digital era can be constructed from a social demand, collaborative and inclusive orientation.
