北京市老年教育社会效益评价指标构建研究

【摘 要】推进包括老年教育在内的教育社会效益评价是我国教育事业迈向制度化、科学化发展的必然要求。本研究在对老年教育社会效益评估的内涵、老年教育社会功能以及北京市老年教育社会效益政策文本等已有研究分析的基础上,初步构建北京市老年教育社会效益评价指标。经过三轮德尔菲专家调查,建构了北京市老年教育社会效益评价指标维度,之后采用调查法对所构建的评价指标进行认同度调查以验证评价指标,以期为老年教育社会效益提供评价依据以及有效发展的新思路。

Research on the Evaluation Indicators Construction of Elderly Education Social Outcomes in Beijing

Abstract: The promotion of social outcomes evaluation of education, including elderly education, is an inevitable requirement for China’s education moving towards institutionalization and scientific development. Based on the analysis of connotation, it summarizes keyfeatures and policy texts of social outcomes of the elderly education. The social outcomes evaluation indicators for elderly education in Beijing have been preliminary setup. Three rounds of Delphi expert survey were taken to construct the evaluation indicator dimensions of Beijing’s elderly education social outcomes. Afterwards, a satisfaction survey of the constructed evaluation indicators is conducted with the survey method to verify the evaluation indicators. It is aimed to provide evaluation basis and new ideas for the effective development of elderly education social outcomes.
