【摘 要】随着科技的发展，学习已经成为一种生活方式。开放大学正是适应于终身化、多样化、个性化、泛在化学习需求的新型高校，是加快建设学习型社会，大力提高国民素质的综合教育实体。开放大学肩负历史重任，具有不同于本科高校的特殊性和唯一性。面对未来的学习需求，广东开放大学实施“一体、两翼、三化”发展战略，构建了大系统、大平台，形成了大协同，开展了大培训、大合作、大联盟，构筑了大枢纽，在培育创新、质量、互联网+、共享、命运共同体方面探索开放大学核心竞争力。

Discussion on Open University under the Construction of Learning Society:The Future of Open University

Abstract：With the development of science and technology, learning has become a way of life. Open University is a new emerging institution of higher education adapted to the requirements of lifelong, diversified, personalized and ubiquitous learning. It is an integrated educational entity that speeds up the construction of a learning society and greatly improves the quality of the citizens. Being different from other institutions of higher education, Open University takes particular and unique responsibilities. Facing the future learning needs of the citizens, the Open University of Guangdong implements the development strategy of ‘One System, Two Types, Three Aims’, builds a large system and a large platform, forms a large coordination, carries out large training, major cooperation and alliance, and builds a large hub so as to explore the core competitiveness of Open University with respect to cultivating innovation, quality, Internet +, sharing, community of shared future.
