“微治理”视角下社区教育供给策略研究

【摘 要】“微治理”在回应基层社会需求、破解基层治理困境的过程中产生与发展。“微治理”理念不仅拓展了社区教育供给的研究视野,创设了社区教育供给的行动空间,也为在新的治理场域下进一步审视社区教育本质提供了可能。在文献回顾基础上,对“微治理”与社区教育供给的内在关联进行分析,提出两者在目标、主体及功能三个维度具有要素关联性,并且以赋权增能为关键性互动要素,形成了“触发—输入—输出—反馈”的闭环式流程。为进一步解释“微治理”与社区教育供给的互动机理,从供给主体联动、供给价值共创及供给资源嵌入三方面提出“微治理”视角下社区教育供给的策略选择。

Research on the Supply Strategy of Community Education from the Perspective of “Micro-governance”

Abstract: Micro-governance emerges and develops in the process of responding to the needs of grass-roots society and solving the plight of grass-roots governance. The concept of“micro-governance”not only broadens the research horizon of community education supply, creates the action space of community education supply, but also provides the possibility to further examine the essence of community education in the new governance field. On the basis of literature review, this paper analyses the internal relationship between “micro-governance”and community education supply, and points out that they are related in three dimensions:goal, subject and function. With empowerment as the key interactive factor, a closed-loop process of “trigger-input-output-feedback”is formed.In order to further explain the interaction mechanism between micro-governance and community education supply, this paper puts forward the strategic choice of community education supply from the perspective of micro-governance from three aspects: supply main body linkage, supply value creation and supply resource embedding.
