基于电子商务资历架构的能力认证与学分转换模式研究

【摘要】针对教育部继续教育学习成果认证、积累与转换试点项目“继续教育学习成果认证、积累与转换试点项目(北京开放大学)”中北京开放大学电子商务专业学分银行体系建设架构模式进行研究和探讨,将电子商务行业资历架构、能力标准、知识体系与学习成果进行科学定位,研制出行业认证标准,进一步明确电子商务领域继续教育学习成果认证、积累与转换的人才标准。依托北京开放大学电子商务专业学历和非学历培训的学习者信息,开展电子商务专业的学习成果试点转换,研究制定转换规则,制定适用于不同类型学习成果的转换方案,并以案例形式说明如何将能力标准转换为对应课程知识点学分。研究成果也可以在高校电商专业学分银行系统以及电商企业岗位能力对接中推广应用。

Research on Competence Certification and Credit Conversion Model Based on E-commerce Qualification Framework

Abstract: This article aims at studying and discussing Beijing Open University’s Credit Bank System construction on E-commercial profession in a pilot project – that of the MoE continuing education learning achievement certification, accumulation and conversion. By scientifically positioning the qualification structure, competency standards, knowledge system and learning achievements of the E-commercial industry, it develops industry certification standards. It also further clarifies the talent standards for the certification, accumulation and conversion of the learning achievements of continuing education in the field of E-commerce. Based on the information of the e-commerce majored learners receiving academic and non-academic training at Beijing Open University, it carries out the pilot conversion of the learning achievements of the e-commerce profession, as well as studies formulating conversion rules, develops conversion schemes suitable for different types of learning outcomes and explains how competency standards are converted to credits corresponding to the knowledge points of the course. The research results can be promoted and applied in the credit bank system of the e-commercial profession of colleges and universities as well as the post capability integration of e-commercial enterprises.
