非学历远程学习满意度影响因素模型构建与实证

【摘 要】远程学习者的满意度及影响因素研究,能够为远程教育中问题的诊断及修正提供参考思路。文章通过满意度现状调查、不同人口学特征对远程学习满意度的影响以及远程学习满意度影响因素模型建构和实证检验,验证对远程学习满意度影响较为显著的因素,针对各影响因素提出改进远程学习满意度的对策和建议,为远程教育学习活动设计和策略设计提供参考和依据。

Construction and Empirical Study on Influence Factors on Degree of Satisfaction Model of Non-academic

Abstract: The study on the satisfaction and the influencing factors of distance learners can provide a reference for assessment of the performanceof distance education. This paper verifies the most significant influence factors on degree of satisfaction of distance learners, based on the survey of status quo of the degree of satisfaction , different demographic characteristics and construction and empirical test of learning satisfaction factor model. For each influence factor, countermeasures and suggestions are posed for improvement based on the design of learning activities and strategies for distance education.
